Just came across the videos below and I am amazed at how Sun is like =) then and now...
Despite of persecutions and how people might say her (be it gd or bad), she stands firm in her belief for doing the things for the Lord, having that security. Of course, not forgetting the support she has with the people God has blessed her with =) Her husband, her son, her parents, the church... She's brave indeed. She's good at keeping her attractiveness, even at her age =)
When I look at Kaiyun, I saw the same thing on Sunday.
That confidence, that dynamic personality... It's like wow... That attractiveness...
Zixiu too... she has that special kind of confidence and assurance from the Lord too =)
Angela is mature, confident, pretty and amazing...
Rina is gentle, loving and understanding...
Irene praising others readily =P
Yeeyong caring and loving...
Weili having a gd listening ear =)
I wanna be like the women God has showed me recently =)
secure in the Lord, doing everything for the Lord =) that special confidence =) that special presence and "aura" around them =)
Sunday was well spent fellowshipping with the sisters and 1/2 more brothers. Shared openly with Kaiyun, Sinda and Zixiu the struggles I have recently... the transition, new environment, new leadership, the quarrels with Jessica, problems faced at work, alot of new new stuff, etc etc. They can share the same sentiments and reminds me
Indeed I must learn to be continually open to the sisters that I was not familiar with at first.
Only then God can move mightily in the midst of us =) and not forgetting new people in the cg =) Thank God for the friends I already have =)
So meanwhile, I will focus on managing myself to be better, more accepting and loving to the people around me. Even those people who kind of said stuff that are hurting and I happen to overhear it... Thank God for those who love me the way I am, but I also thank God in times when people hurt me with their words, I become more tolerating, accepting and loving =) Thank God for His word, an assurance of His love =)
Learning to have more faith than doubt =P And to have a change of me from the inside out to be even better, all for the One above =)
Enjoy looking at the videos =)
then....
now....
